Received the item and had an issue with the left shoe and some abrasions it had from bouncing inside the box. I was going to send the shoes back in exchange for another pair. But my thoughts are that the same issue could occur, the time lost waiting on returns and refunds.....ugh. So, I treated both shoes with heavy duty water repellent and that darkened up the light spots/patches on the heels of these shoes.....predominantly the left shoe.
